Inktober 2016!

Last October, I was introduced to the month-long drawing challenge of Inktober, created by artist Jake Parker. The idea of the challenge is simple: for artists to create a drawing with ink each day. Materials allowed included anything from cheap ballpoint pens to professional-grade multiliners and Microns and brushes and brush pens. The challenge intrigued me, but the only problem was that October was almost over, so I thought it would be better to wait until next year when I could devote the entire month to it. So now, here I am, ready to take on the challenge of Inktober, starting with Day One. I decided to use today's theme of "Fast" in this one, which stars a couple of my canine characters:
